What is the Required data for pricing?

§ Excel sheet with date of birth, gender (and class/category per person; in case we have more than one category) LOM classified into principals & dependents to be able to proceed.

§ Nature of Business for the company & the employees.

§ Name of current /previous insurance company and TPA; if any.

§ Last 9 months detailed consumption.

§ Amount of treatment cost per year for current chronic cases.

§ Amount of treatment cost per year for current Critical cases.

§ Current table of benefits

§ Requested table of benefits.

§ Effective date

§ Target premium per person (or total)

§ Opening and closing membership

What are the Payment methods?

  • Bank transfer.

Are there any Coverage conditions?

The coverage conditions are according to the issued insurance policy, and a draft can be shared for review.

What about Family coverage?

Family Coverage includes spouse and children only, and families of employees must be enrolled at the start of the insurance.

Do you have chronic coverage?

Yes, and it will be clearer in the medical offer.

Is Coverage outside Egypt available?

Emergencies only, on a reimbursement basis based on local contract rates

Can I make any modifications to the policy or cancel it?

Policy cannot be modified during the active period, but cancellation is allowed as per the cancellation clause.

What about the addition and deletion of the members?

To add/remove an employee and their family, a request must be sent via email to the medical issuance department. Forms are provided at policy start.
